Trauma Informed

It was Great ! I'm minimally knowledgeable about this type of tea. I didn't know that it was an actual practice. I assumed it was just an ancient tradition, pure blends and a business opportunity. The woman being interviewed brought up intriguing points and not where I thought it would go. The mental/emotional aspects were the high point for me. I do know that if a therapist tries to make you re lo I've a situation because they think it might bleed out... lives in their head... What she in long form about (working through it) is REAL psychology. Working on the solution not dwelling on the problem. Double abuse! Good show!!
